[MOD] Ubuntu Running ON Galaxy Tab

Messed Up my WIfi Missing WPA_Supplicant, so will make video as soon as I get it working again. Thanks for your patiences

First and most important of all I do not deserve credit for this guide nor do I claim to be creator. All Credits and donations go to BThomas22x and thos who helped him get this developed.

Second Yes it is Copy and Paste from his guide
BThomas22x if you mind me using your information please let me know and I will remove.

NEEDED!

Must Be ROOTED
1. Busybox (Preferrably the most updated version).
2. Superuser.
3. Android SDK (With knowledge on how to use it).
4. AndroidVNC (Search exactly that in the market. It will say "Android VNC Viewer").
5. Terminal Emulator (Also available in the market).


DOWNLOAD FILE!
Ubuntu Image: http://db.tt/YnJZuf1
INSTRUCTIONS!
1.Mount your sd Card please use internal memory.
2.In Internal Memory Make folder and Call it Ubuntu.
3.Drop all files in downloaded archive to ubuntu folder.
Should look like this
Memory >Ubuntu>bootlinux, fsrw, mountonly, ubuntu.sh, unionfs, ubuntu.img
Once done..
Go to Terminal Emulator
Enter
su
cd /sdcard/ubuntu
sh ./ubuntu.sh
after you get enter bootlinux enter bootlinux
you should see
you should see
"root@localhost"
Then you will type:

rm -rf /tmp/.X*
export USER=root
vncserver -geometry 1280x800
"root@localhost" Again
After "root@localhost" close Terminal Emulator and start VNC
Should look like
New
screename: root
Password: ubuntu
Host: localhost
Port: 5901
In quality or color quality choose which ever you like I do 24bit

then connect, Congratulations you have UBUNTU

Well, I seem to come across the same problem I did when I tried this on the legend, each loop device I try seems to be busy. I'll keep trying though...

Sounds Great, I am going to try the guide today, Going to see how far I get.

Also Is there an apk idea section I just though of something but not a developer or I would be crazy on it,

I have an Epic and Was thinking can I use it as a bluetooth keyboard and mouse to control my Pad, Hmmm lol

Maybe soon ill control ubuntu on my pad with my epic haha.

Then It would be an epic Tab, With a full OS and Galaxy Mouse and Keyboard.

It's interesting but not smoothy and not optimise for galaxy tab but it's a great job.

No Nothing external, but only worked with me with files included files didn't use updated ones
