HELP.HTC Surround can't Switch USB MODE ,can't zune mode

hello,I'm from china.and I get wp7 phone HTC 7 Surround.It's a phone for test.and I try to Switch USBMode to zune mode,it does't work..It only can work on Diag mode..so,someone can help me? The DIag mode Driver can’t find.It seems to unlock for developer？

There is a program in phone, USBModeWitch, you can find it from my picture

Is this some sort of test device? As i noticed its also security unlocked

YES,it is unlock....

how did u get it to be security unlocked ?

He has a pre-release phone, it came with a custom firmware that has those tools pre-installed.

YuLong, have you tried rebooting the phone (remove the battery, etc)?
If that doesn't work, have you tried connecting it to a different computer with just the Zune software? It might work.

he shuld prob contact some Devs in this forum and get his ROM dumped or backed up somehow, it may be usefull for Jailbreaking or something....

that's a test rom, not a shipping ROM, so none of us will see that.
