You did not wipe data before flashing, did you?

just a fyi. the upgrade from Froyo to GB would require you to wipe then flash otherwise you will get very very strange issues that no one here can help you with. It would be in your best interest to wipe first.

I flashed from the GB stock release that this rom was based on. For me, these easy to fix minor issues are well worth avoiding the headache of having to set up and restore everything.

The need to wipe everything is clearly stated by rmk, i think some real improvements have been made over the stock GB, which are incompatible.

Your experience prove that assertion acutally.

Launcher: I had the strangest experience. The launcher re-set and I only had one homescreen which contained a mixture of two previous screens. I did a shut all apps down and restart, and all my screens were back exactly as before. This happened once and has not repeated.

Outside of those very minor issues, so far, all else works very well.
gonna try also v26.04.02.17, hopefull this wil fix the battery drain

well, it is a rule of thumb when you flash between different roms. after all, virtuous 2.0 and the stock release have differences and they can and will conflict. just to be on the safe side and to avoid extra issues, you should wipe and flash

Yeah I was at work when I flashed this and so did the same - was gonna wipe when I got home, but as I had fixed all the minor issues that arose I have not bothered. I wanted to mess around with the sense 3.0 lockscreen and figured as I would wipe later anyway it didn't matter if it did not work out.

I 100% agree with your point and would recommend same to all. I admit it, was just being lazy . Have a bit of rom set up fatique after multiple versions of unity & others. If any additional problems arise I will definitely wipe and re-flash.

Actually, below is rmk's comment on wiping found on page 1 of this thread:
