Quick question. If we install this upcoming rom based off of 2.2.1, will we be able to still sbf to the current sbf?

This has always been the case for me with the 3d gallery as well. It's extremely outdated...I have no idea why people are still holding on to it.

yes, yes, yes!!! the sbf files only become unusable if we get an OTA update that updates the kernel / bootloader. simple software updates do not affect the sbf situation.

right both are different frameworks. You can edit the black theme to get that. you can also get it with the circle battery icon like I did .

I've been having the same VERY bad battery life (have to start charging at about 2pm after taking the phone off the charger at around 5am). My X used to last for 24 hours at a minimum, sometimes up to 48 depending on usage.

I'm curious what's different on my phone - mine is also showing the cell standby is higher than anything else. So, for the 4th time now I've SBFd and I'm re-installing, but this time I've cancelled the 5 apps that my system would automatically download from the market. We'll see if that has something to do with it.

I'll report back in the next few days.

If you want a black theme, and want the number increments showing up overlayed on top of the battery indicator, you can check out my theme for Fission 2.1, Black Out, which provides you with the option just like Fission does, through a patch on the sdcard.
