Never ever defrag your SD card! This will destroyed it!
You can format but not defrag .

Try this:
1) Flash superwipe script from first post of this thread.(First make contact ,sms and apps backup but without data)
2) Flash again rom ( I suggest 6.3.3 )
Please don't flash any mods.
3)Delete Daemon Controller 3.3-beta2 ( not upgrade) and install Daemon Controller 3.3-beta3. Please not open this app.
4)Reboot device.
Check few days behaviour of your rom.
If you still has a problem with wakeup your phone, please open Daemon Controller and change in OCD sleep min for 245000.

This custom kernel are slightly Undervolted than original and CPU is a little OC . So set the CPU to 1ghz and try increasing the voltage all by +25 mv. Also try to see if the battery is really fit in his socket. I added some tape on one side because mine had some " free" space

To stay literal, defrag won't destroy your sdcard (not in one go anyway).
a sdcard has a maximum number of read/write cycles and a defrag does a lot of them in one go, so in the end it will reduce the lifetime of the sdcard
plus, even if a file is fragmented, reading a file is as fast as a not fragmented file, since access doesn't require spinning a HDD to get all the parts of the file
(same thing can be said about SSD drives)

I recommend format and checkdisk for sdcards, I've only done format for some of mine
