Noob alert

Been trying with DV but it just wont let be add the icon to the dock - anywhere else on screen is fine just not the dock.

Have checked the Zeam settings but can't see anything obvious (although I'm probably being stupid)

Are you trying to put a Widget? or a desktop visualizer widget on the dock? that wont work.. it MUST be a Shortcut > Desktop Visualizer then it WILL work

Hello SGS-ers,

I seem to have un-rooted my SGS (somehow). When i try to enable droidwall i get an message saying that my phone isn't rooted. I though i could go to the cwm and re-root it there but that option isn't there (anymore?). I have looked into this thread (search) on rooted-matters but couldn't find anything helpfull..

?

ps: I am also unable to copy files with QTadb to the system-folder. (even in root-explorer i can't mount R/W the app/system-folder)
ps2: accoring to "superuser" there is no problem

Ok I`m going to be shot for asking this, but how do I do it...

adb push update_template.zip /sdcard/

Is push just another way to say move/paste?
