[Q] chinese cab on tg01 WM 6.5

Hello everyone!
My first question is, does toshiba tg01 WM 6.5 support extra languages? To tell you what happened with me, I installed different softwares free and paid ones, either the mobile gets blocked and I have to make a hard reset or it works as long as the mobile is turned on, but once it is turned off, it blocks again and a new hard reset...
I used the mobidiv, also the one for 44$ on internet, but it is the same, now I used the one published by XDA-developers on a forum to arabize the mobile for reading only, I will see what happens tomorrow.
Since I use different languages in my job, so some languages are very important for me, specially Arabic, Hebrew and Chinese as I am using them everyday.....
is there a software to get all of these languages function on my mobile, without causing me problems to make hard reset, I already made 6 times hard resets, please help me..... thank you in advance even if there is no solution.......
