Froyo help, thanks, phone is rooted

I downloaded the rogers file from the acer site to ugprade to froyo 2.2. I followed the steps, but after i go to the menu using camera, volume down and power button, it stops and i get an error saying

I really have no idea at all what to do about this problem, help would be very appreciated, thank you.

There is a problem with Malez and these Roger/Fido releases.
