Ok so I have no doubt this has been asked before and I've been reading this thread regularly for quite some time but didn't see a recent mention...

Chad - I have been rocking the 12/23 kernel on a custom Froyo/Sense ROM since... well.... since 12/23. It has been absolutely 100% perfect. It has also kept me from switching to one of the new GingerSense ROMs... I tried one and it wouldn't boot with the 12/23, and I decided I didn't want to give up the multitouch and better battery life... not just yet, so went back to Froyo.

But man... some of the new Gingersense ROMs look really nice (SYNERGY!!!). I could care less about Gingerbread itself, but the Sense 2/3 hybrids bring a lot to the table... Now that we have a real Gingerbread base for the Inc, has there been any progress getting a Gingerbread kernel up and running that works with Sense without the glitchy graphics?

Chad, latest kernel working great!

Saw on your new website the 'less-aggressive' voltage tweaks. Do we just flash those as we would a ROM? And do we need to re-flash them when we install a new updated IncrediKernel?

To be honest, I'm pretty sure I could possibly do a gingersense kernel now, since HTC has released the source for gingersense kernels for similar devices. I just haven't had the time to flash a gingersense rom and work on it at all. It might be something I'd be willing to tinker with in a couple weeks after my boards are over though.

Yeah, just flash them like you would a ROM. Also even the less-aggressive ones may not be stable for everyone so you may need to tweak the voltages some more.

You also shouldn't need to re flash them when upgrading. However, if you upgrade and have any sort of issues, the first thing I would do is remove the voltage tweaks and try again.

I flashed the less agressive voltage tweaks on the 6/19 kernel and it has resulted in a bit better battery life. My question is... how do you remove the voltage tweaks?

Using Root Explorer (or similar app), go the
/etc/init.d folder & delete the file "95havsvdd".

How? Does the 883 make a big difference? I am usually 15 percent after about 10 hours...
