Default [Q] tranqlauncher.apk and launcher2.apk

I doubt this question is going to get answered but I'll give it a go.

Bottom line is your launcher is an integral part of the UI. Live wallpaper running in the Appdrawer is **** with certain popular launchers. The new Tranq launcher on TBH 3.5 is smooth as butter. Literally, no comparison, smooth as butter... But the friggin call button doesnt play nice with rubix or fission. So on to my question.

TranQ launcher phone call icon on the home screen points to a "dialer" apk, whereas launcher2(Fission Stock) points to a "phone" apk. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to modify this so Tranq looks for the same "phone" as Launcher2

Even a mild push in the right direction would be appreciated

Thanks!

Different ROMs use different "Dialer" applications. Tranquility uses BlurPhone.apk (Dialer in app drawer) While most other ROMs use Phone.apk, an AOSP alternative (called Phone in app drawer)
Device: Motorola Droid
ROM: Cyanogenmod 7 RC2
Theme: Honeybread
Kernel: ChevyNo1's ULV 125-1250MHz

Device:
HTC Thunderbolt
ROM: CM7 Pre-Alpha
Theme: Cyanobread
Kernel: Stock CM7

Appreciate the response, but I do understand they use two different dialing applications. I was hoping for some direction for where to look inside the Tranq laucher package to change it, and direct it towards the phone apk.
