There is still a bit of speculation out about which of the latest official rom revisions are for which hardware, and if hardware versions of 0003 and earlier are fully compatible with the
latest OTA, RUU_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.30.651.3_Radio_2.15. 00.09.01_NV_1.77_003_release_157088_signed.exe.

Many speculate that the phone versions of 0003 and earlier are not meant to run this latest revision as sprint did not push the OTA
to those devices. Some have said that they have poor experience with this firmware revision, but that the kernel only
works well along with RUU_SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.29.651.5_Radio_2.15. 00.09.01_NV_1.77_CNV_release_150224_signed.exe.

As such, I thought it might be fun (since I have hardware 0003) to make this rom, which is made from the 3.29.651.5 base
and has the newest htc kernel from 3.30.651.3. It is very stock, but with just a few upgrades -- no theming done. Pretty basic.
UPDATE: 4G switch fixed, now working

Here's what's inside:
Base: SuperSonic_S_Sprint_WWE_3.29.651.5
Kernel: 2.6.32.15-g59b9e50 htc-kernel#17
Rooted and Deodexed
Upgraded to newer versions: Facebook, Flash Player, Gmail, GoogleMaps, Sprint Visual Voicemail, YouTube
Tethering authentication disabled (thanks to Calkulin)

You say deodexed but also no theming. I'm confused. Can I install a custom framework-res.apk from UOT Kitchen?

I'm pretty sure he just meant that he performed no theme-ing to the ROM himself. You should be able to apply a custom framework-res with no problem.

Was looking for a newer 3.29 build so thank you, but I haven't been able to turn 4g on. It just gets stuck in the turning on stage, but never actually turns on.
