Default [Q] App for backup

let me know how can i make backup in my wildfire?
Can you suggest me a good free application?
Is there a back up option via an htc software ?

If you are rooted, nandroid backup (full backup) or titanium backup,(apps+settings etc).

You can use HTC sync as well.

how can you do a backup on a non rooted phone? I dont want to risk botching the rooting process when/if I get round to it, ive seen backup options in astro file manager but no sure how they work??

You can't do a Rom backup without root.

Root is all automated, very unlikely it will break as long as you keep it charged and don't need about.

You can backup apps using app monster but not settings I believe.

Sync with Google and HTC sync to do contacts etc.

Thanks, I'll try to find monster on the market before I try rooting. Probably still wait a while till I get bored with the stock system.

I use Sprite Backup to backup my wildfire.
Easy and you can backup contacts, settings of your phone, photos, messages ect ect!

Hi,

You can try "MyBackupPro" for backing up your complete phone. If you cannot find the app in the Market, try searching for .apk from 4shared.com and install it on your phone. It works like charm.
