cept its likely fake. but 200 meg is available for subscription in the u.s.
I can explain it for you but I cant understand it for you

I won the World Poker Championship in 2010 with Pokemon cards

he probably works for the company too. I work for Cox Communications. We have an Ultimate Tier which is 50 mbps download. However at work, I run speed tests from now and then (for amusement) and I can get well over 150-200 mbps download at any given time
