Question Where are apps installed?

Hi,
I've just installed a new app that requested Adobe Flash to be installed... I did and than run the new app...
I'm looking for the Flash file... but I didn't find the app location on the phone!

Where are all the applications installed?
how do I get there? /system/app contains all the phone applications, but where are all my installed apps? where are they located on the phone?

Thanks
