[Q] Shake2Mute not shaking to answer calls

I sent in the $1.90 donation via sms, I think, or I sent an sms and expect to be charged $1.90 plus 9 cents tax) and I can not yet use the app to answer calls on shake.

Please advise how long it takes to acknowledge the receipt of the $1.90 "donation", which apparently is necessary to be paid in order to use the shake to answer function for this otherwise free android app.

I sent an email to atrant dot sg at gmaill explaining the issue. with my phone's iemi number and phone number.
