Default [Q] Erase data?

Hi,

is it possible to erase all app data (same as factory reset in settings)?
I've tried to reflash with Open Europe 2.1 but everytime i'm back at the homescreen i get hundrets of force closes. So its not be able to join the settings cause these are force close too when i try to start. What the hack can i do to delete all apps and got a new, clear 2.1?

best regards and thanks.

Ok, now i got a huge problem.

I try to join Settings -> Wireless -> Mobile Network but allways when i want to join these settings there is an error.
"Process com.android.phone" was forced closed.
I've tried hard reset, reset to factory settings and reflash the phone. Nothing works.
What to do now?
