It's black (that's the only color I've ever seen it in), and it' looks like a box (with all the ports on one side) and the dongle that plugs into the phone coming out of the "top" side.

I know this is a bit late, but I just saw this thread. The T-Mobile TP2 battery cover is different than all the other ones. Only the T-Mobile battery cover will fit the RHOD210.

what problems did u have with it. just curious cause i want to make up some kind of problem to pick out a different phone. lol im tired of the tilt 2 already. had it for a year and cant do what i want anymore and i want to hop on that android bandwagon for once. =P
