Bluetooth chip manufacturer and type

Hi: I would like to know if anybody knows the bluetooth chip maufacturer and type of the HTC Desire. In teardown images I found it's not possible to identify the chip. I know this is a difficult question, but maybe some has already disassembled his device and paid attention to the bluetooth chip inside

Nobody knows that? Some detailed HTC Desire datasheet would be great.
