Default Problem with Mount RO on all Kernels???

Hii all,

This is just me or there is big problem with all kernels here?
Just installed few different ROM's with few different Kernels.
All have the same problem. The /system load as RW!

Now i found one more bug (i think).
When i changed some system files and try to Mount ro i get the error:
mount: mounting /dev/block/stl9 on /system failed: Device or resource busy

Sorry about this if i'm wrong and it should be RW all the time. but i really sure its need to be RO

Old kernels versions have /system mount bug, it's fixed in new versions (speedmod, super optimized, Ya-Ok, raspdeep OC/UV). More info: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=848471

But this happend to me with a fixed kernel. Since the corruption I went back to original JPO with repart and installed a fixed kernel. Now I am on BUJP8v9.0.1 with k10c kernel by hardcore.
