Default NOOK SDK Released

EDIT: Instructions
  1. Open your CLI (cmd, terminal, bash, whatever)
  2. Navigate to the <android-sdk> tools directory.
  3. Execute the Android tool command with no options: $ android
  4. In the Android SDK and AVD Manager left panel, Available Packages.
  5. Click Add Add-On Site.
  6. Enter the URL for the NOOKcolor add-on SDK: http://www.barnesandnoble.com/nookcolor/developer/
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click the check box for the URL you just entered.
  9. Click Install Selected.
  10. Accept the Licence Agreement and click Install.
