[Q] Panic! phone does'nt work after upgrade

Hi all
i'm in Panic. real Panic...

i "modded" my phone yesterday, following a guide (in italy, not on xda)
- i already had root installed (z4root)
- i removed previously installed OCLF
- then i installed speedmod kernel (k9aa 500 hz) via Odin
- then installed lagfix (the one called "NO-RFS Advanced (a=e4)" )
- reboot and then "wipe cache", "wipe battery stats" and "wipe dalvik cache"
- after reboot, i installed Touchwiz GTG V1.1.1 (using ADW Launcher and Root Explorer to backup original touchwiz and install new one)

and then phone worked fine.

after 10-12 hour i powerd off and restarted. and there's when problem arises:
- at startup, all apps where crashing. save from the default ones (you know, messages, address book, google maps, etc) and few others
plus, all configuration was restored to default, no config saved and like
- adw launcher does'nt work, so i can't restore original twlauncher

- i totally panicked, spent few hours reading here and there searching for a solution, but found no one.
- without any clue i tried going into recovery mode and restoring backup, and disabling lagfix.
- now it works... but...
some apps stil does'nt work; "very important" apps like make a call, address book, messages, calendar, does'nt work. adwlauncher still does'nt work.
i'm a little step before black useless brick ;_;
and i'm soooooooo depressed... ;_;

what else can i do?
factory wipe/reset?
install a new kernel (i see they released a test K10F release) and try again?
throw my phone out of the window?
pray?

BEFORE:
SGS GT-I9000 nobrand
firmware FROYO.RSJP5
kernel version 2.6.32.9 (don't remember the name sorry... was root@something #1 :\ )
base band I9000XXJPP

NOW:
firmware FROYO.RSJP5
kernel version 2.6.32.9 hardcore@speedmod-k9a-500hz # 186
base band I9000XXJPP

please... please... please someone give me some hope ;_;

Try a factory reset, if that doesn't work flash the phone to stock firmware and try again

i found a guide to flash to froyo using odin, but i need to remove modded kernel and like...
how can i reinstall original (non modded) kernel?

have you succesfully disabled all the lagfixes and tweaks?

yes the lagfix was first... well... second or third thing i tried
tweaks don't remember i can check now

ps how can i re-flash original kernel? so i could flash another rom or put back original one... x.x

Just flash the original Kernel with Odin? Why to restore it?

Download all the files u need and flash?

tried and disabled tweaks
no change... still does'nt work

those apps _are_ on the phone; i can launch it with apps organizer. they are'nt in touchwiz "drawer"... ;_;

yeah yeah i can flash the original kernel with odin

problem is dont' have the files and dunno how to do it x.x

ok how to do it maybe is easy, similar to how i did to install modded kernel

Look where to put the files. U need to Download a Firmware here @ xda oder samsungfirmwares. And you also need a CSC File for you´re country. You can find them here too.

ok, i followed a guide (italian guide, but pretty similar to xda ones)
i flashed froyo kernel and os with odin
then restarted

started fine but many apps going in error "forced closing".
now i'm trying a full wipe / restore factory settings

it started but give me an error the "system process"...
trying reboot... ;_;

now it seems working
i flashed new rom (standard froyo rsjpp) then factory reset
and it's working

so i decided to go for root -> speedkernel -> lagfix -> modded touchwiz just because i got nothing to lose now... i already wiped all my data so why don't give'em a second chance?
