Can you get the lens and/or mount type thing off Ebay?

I couldn't find exactly the same lenses on ebay but there are plenty of them here: hxxp://photography.shop.ebay.com/i.html?_nkw=wide+angle+converter&_sacat=78997&_odk w=&_osacat=78997&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313 and some of them are really cheap
