Weatherproof cases Captivate???

Ok since Otterbox has changed the Defender to not having a built in screen protector like the Iphones, and I refuse to put my phone in one of the $25 ziplock waterproof bags they offer. Has anyone seen a decent USEABLE case offering some weather protection? I loved my Defender case on my old Iphone and it never had an issues if I needed outside in a Snowstorm or Thunderstorm. My work keeps my outside alot sometimes and I need a weather resistant case.

Anyone????
