Has nexus s an FM radio built-in?

it's probably like the nexus one where it's there, but not activated, FM radio just got added to the nexus one but according to google or any spec list, it's not there.

If so, it will be available on cooked rom only (perhaps, devs should port some code from other samusung's device roms), isn't it?

MIUI made an FM Radio working on roms without having to port it I think(cyanogen even uses the MIUI one!). So I presume it's gonna work on Nexus S..

yeah it's some weird combo of a wired headset and bluetooth that gets FM radio somehow.

They recently changed the BT/Wifi antenna so it may no longer be an all in one chip (BCM4329) like everyone other phone around.

Until some spec sheets or a teardown happens it's hard to say.

Iheartradio and tune in radio has a lot of internet streaming commercial radio stations. They also have the feeds for hd radio too.

MIUI developers has recently announced on tweeter the fm radio on nexus s.
