Gingerbread Keyboard for rooted 2.2 devices

This was originally posted in the N1 forum by chicofiebru, so i figure some of you Mytouch 4g users would be interested in this as well

Edit: It seems that for most people it will install however, as soon as you hit a button you will get a FC except on a vanilla rom.

For those of you who know that know what your doing maybe you can take moment and see if you can fix this for us. that way we all can have a little bit of this gingerbread goodness. If you do thanks in advance!!!

This FC's everytime I press a key. Its a no go.

It will work if you go to Applications/ Android Keyboard and clear the data. Only thing, is it deskins it and auto correct doesn't work.

Well im running iced glacier 1.1.1 ROM. Did u wipe cache before flashing? And my keyboard isnt deskin after I cleared the data. Its still the same. Ill try again and let u know.
