Featured App doesn't change

I Have noticed that from the day i got this phone, 3 days after launch in the UK, the featured artist or app in the marketplace has stayed the same "the wanted" its a boy band in the uk.

Digging down to applications, the featured app has also remained the same since the day of purchase ,with its blue background shazam always comes up as the featured app.

however, if i go into music, i get an updated music artist every week.

Why do HTC Trophy's not update the featured hub backgrounds like other windows phones? The samsung omnia 7 my girlfriend has always changes to new featured items.

Mine are updating without any issues... music, games, apps, changing the background image.

I even had a warning to update the HTC Connection Setup just now.
