YOu should see a ODIN folder shortly.

Hi, witch is the best modem for Samsung Vibrant using in Eastern Europe (for Froyo v2.2)?

If I'm using an ICS ROM which modem should I flash? The one from Samsung directory or from ICS folder?

Binary file is same, but structure of zip as well as update script is different....

Of course. You could do it manually if you want. Put ghe phone in airplane mode. Use a root browser and push manually the modem.bin file (make sure to rename it if it's not) to /radio folder, set permissions and reboot. Toggle off the airplane mode and enjoy.
