Default Sync My stuff?!?
Is it possible to upload my own epubs in Nook for PC and have it sync across to my nook color? Having trouble getting them to even appear in my library on bn.com

No. You can copy epubs from other sites onto your nook and read them, but you cannot add them into the library on the PC software or has them appear in you library on bn.com. only book purchased from BN will show there.
