Default Windows Mobile 5 on IPAQ h5400/h5450/h5500
H5400/h5450 have PocketPc 2002 ; h5500 is PocketPc 2003

H5400/h5450 : 68mb Ram; 48mb Rom; 400mhz.
H5500 : 128mb Ram; 48mb Rom; 400mhz.

I've been searching, and I don't found anything but I think that the hardware is capable to support WM5.

What do you think?
