Default Help deleting apps

Im using root explorer to delete unused apps on my mesmerize I was wonding If someone could point me to a list of stock apps, the name and the name of there apk file. I Know some of them are named the same but there are a few apps the arent listed under the right name

Since you are already using Root Explorer, you can just go into the app folder and select an apk file like you were going to install it and it will come up with the icon and name of the app. Then you can just cancel. That's what I do when I'm removing or replacing apk's for my ROMs if I can't remember what is what.

yahoo email is mail_2355_2010-07-02-16h-24m-release.apk
myspace is MySpace_Client_v173_aligned.apk

If you are using Root Explorer, you can delete them from /system/app

Unhappy new to this

Im gonna sound dumb but im Super confuzed on how to uninstall these apps im using root explorer but when i go to delete the apps it tells me they are read only files can someone point me in the right direction

You have to be rooted and you have click the button to mount the file system as R/W.
