Default Flash player problem help

new to the forum but not new to the world of android, I encounter a little trouble on my tab galaxy.

Simply put: when I want to play video on youtube or other flash site (using a user
agent desktop), playback of the videos is horribly slow jerky in window or full screen ...

My question is there a playerflash (APK) optimized for the processor tab, or is related to the version of
rom?

I have used on several browser, and some version of flash available.

This happens where you are?

Thank you for your help because this is one reason for choosing this tablet vs iPad would be a shame more
