How to unlock sim card for Huawei Indeo S7?

I just brought Telstra T-tab (Huawei S7) from Australia but it's comes with sim lock. How can i unlock this sim card to use another network?

Hi, i got the same problem. usually i only use wifi but it would be nice to connect via hsdpa somtimes....

i tried some wifi2umts software solutions in combination with my S60 and my windows mobile phone but i could not get connection, neither via bluetooth - the connection over my defy (android) worked w/o problems.

The Hauwei S7 is sold in the U.S.A unlocked. It's hard to believe it's unlocked here and locked overseas. It's usually the other way around.

how much does it sell for in the US?
I picked up my T Touch for $250.
Any postings I had seen on ebay for the s7 had it at $350-$450

It's $299 regular price at Best Buy. No phone or data plan required.
I probably missed the intro sales price. Oh well.

...found a service company that offers the unlock codes for almost every device/provider - happy now with my unlocked S7!!!

Who have you gone with?
Pre-paid or post-paid.
I'm wondering if changing to one of the overseas kernals would cause it to be unlocked anyway. I know that some people have been playing with various versions over at the android tablets forum.

Correction and info for you. I have the australian version reflashed to US. It does not unlock the phone.

how can you reflash your Huawei S7 (T-Tab) and where can I find Huawei S7 rom?
