Question,

if lets say i was on a different rom, wiped my phone down, then applied your rom, then go back to the advanced part of nandroid of CWM and restore just the data, does that change anything in respect to your rom? or does it just apply my old data, like account settings, apps and such? because i just did that and its running great, no issues...

Not happening to me. I would suggest a full wipe if you didn't.

I have the Superior battery kernel so it could be that since I did a full wipe before flashing this. I've been sparingly flashing over old apps with TB, could the data stored by those be messing me up?

I would go into TB and wipe the settings data and settings storage data. If that doesn't work, then it might be the kernel. I doubt any of your apps are interfering.
