If your phone is rooted and you have installed this apk, this APK must be in /data/app/

If it's an app you installed: Download Astro File Manager. Hit Tools and backup the app. The .apk will be on your SD Card in a folder called backups.

If it's a system app (meaning you didn't install it): Download Titanium Backup. Backup the app. On your SD Card in a folder called TitaniumBackup the app will be there.
