Default Tricorder app

The awesome tricorder app works great and is quite a good way to see exactly what sensors are available on the nc (not that many). It's in the market.

Pretty useless but it feeds my fantasy of being Picard and having a crewman hand me a tricorder with the completed analysis I had asked for.
I see dead phones, calling around just like regular phones.
