Think I bricked my Intercept lol

A couple weeks ago I installed some stupid recovery app that puts the phone into recovery mode. Now whenever I restart my phone it goes into a black screen after the Samsung logo. Whats wrong? My computer can charge the phone but not detect it. Not sure how to resolve this.

I dont know the site because its my girlfriends intercept, i use the eris, but this is a common problem. Look up inxanes kernal and read through the forum and there is a fix.
