Default New to the evo

I came to the dark side finally... I had a hero for the longest time and finally gave in to its bigger brother due to a great deal on it. I was running CM6.1 with all of the little tweaks. I'm searching for my daily ROM for my evo and am currently running myns warm twopointtwo. I'm looking for something that retains the 4g function and relatively good on battery life. I figured I would come to you guys for a little help. I have heard lots of good things about aosp's ROMs and the virus series too.
Nice to meet you all and I hope to keep the evo community a bit more productive than what the epic has.

I've been using Fresh 3.5 since I rooted my phone on Christmas Eve. I purchased it on the 23rd. Haven't had much battery issues but I am still near a charger. Using the stock HTC #15 kernel with my Fresh Rom.

However, I heard that other kernels help with battery life. Last I checked was sense based romsretained 4G and camera functionality. However, I could be wrong.

Thanks for that link. Somehow I missed it in the short time I've been meandering about the forums.

Myn is off the chain. I would suggest Calkulin's newest kernels for battery performance. You can take your battery off charge and make a 10 min call and still be at 100%. Heres the thread- http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=876590

I use the one that says (131)

Myn has everything working. It's fast and snappy.
