Default [Q] Trying to Install 2D Gallery?

Hi to all =]

Well it pretty much says it all. I got my phone rooted and tried installing Gallery.apk *using Therminal Emulator on the device* before that i uninstalled the 3D Gallery (personally i just find it kinda sloppy >.< ) aw btw Im using HTC Desire Z
the problem is everytime i try to install the 2d gallery it says "incompatible" etc. Can anyone please help me? Ive been searching and reading online for ages and nothing works >.< adb its not really an option for me coz i have no idea how to use it - i tried many times and somehow failed a lot
Am very new with all of this so please if you could keep it simple =]

Bump Bump for this.

Switched back to cm and really don't like the 3d gallery. I have it uninstalled but need the 2d gallery, without having to load the other ROMs and pull it. Let me see what I can come up with..

Awesome. I tried the adb commands and it worked. Thank you.

Anybody have the original Gallery3D.apk in case we want to go back after trying this? Could you keep both on there?
