These are smaller files than the previous versions (I took out some redundant frames, d'oh), but they should look identical. I also fixed the slightly off aspect ratio (so I guess not identical, but better). If you want to install "by hand" just open the zip and pull bootanimation.zip from /system/media.
I have made a good amount of changes thus far on Phoenix Reloaded! I am reverting to stock and MC'ing right now and am about to flash Phoenix Reloaded with the new FireBird Kernel! If all goes well I am going to need testers! It is not that I want new ones, I just want to be fair to everyone I had to turn away.
i'm sure this has been covered somewhere in 63 pages. briefly explain the lagfixes that i've come across in CWM. there's a bunch. pick just one? do i need to disable it before flashing anything else? which is the best/and or how are they different? thank you!!
