Search this forum for an app called: z4root
This will give you root access

I dont have my USB port on my phone any more but i manage to install MAGLDR on my HD2 through the SDCard method. Is there anyway for me to flash Android through MicroSD card ?

Thanks

EDIT : if its not there, I can share the APK anyways since its free

This should be your first app after booting into NAND

Under App2SD menu item the below settings :
  • Default
  • Internal
  • External

Set to external. Install your apps... It should go into the SD card
Actually I just ran a couple of tests and apps still get installed on the internal storage

Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App

How not to brick???

So just to double check -

If I am stuck at go go go , or something else fails, the solution is to flash a stock ROM - the best choice is the official ROM for your device?
I ask this because the only report( and hopefully last) for a bricked device, come aftwer unsuccessful flash with an official ROM with a wrong radio attached(as far as I remember 2.04 radio flashed on an TmOUs device)

The process is executed much easily with a machine running Win7, right???

The error happens when the phone is displaying the following:

Flashing 1 partition...1 [23E-A70] M1

Does anybody have the same error or and idea about it?

I have aMAGLDR v1.11
Install on Windows 7...xp doesnt load the driver to install it. That worked for me.
