Default How do I remove super user from phone?

I need to exchange my phone in the morning, but for some reason I can't get rid of the Super User app icon? I've already done a full factory reset, but it's still in the phone.

Can someome point me in the right direction to get rid of it?

Thanks!

Flash one of the stock NANDroid backups. If you're just doing a factory reset, depending on your method used it's probably restoring to a rooted boot.img.
HTC Apache->HTC Excalibur->iPhone 2G->iPhone 3G->HTC Nexus One->Samsung Nexus S->Samsung Galaxy Nexus LTE
Also an HP Touchpad

Question Help

Those steps did not work for me either. When I tried to restore this came up.
Checking MD5 sums...
Erasing boot before restore...
Error while formatting BOOT:!
E:failed to find "cache" partition to mount at "
/cache"
E:Can't mount/ cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open/cache/recovery/log
E:failed to find "cache" partition to mount at"
/cache"
E:Can't mount / cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open/ cache/recovery/last_log
E:Cant find misc
E:failed to find "cache" partition to mount at "
/cache"

If you can give me any help at all to get my phone back to normal I would really appreciate it. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
