Default How to use Hotmail Activesync with the P500?

I heard Hotmail now support Activesync. Have anyone tried using the P500 to synchronize with Hotmail?

I tried but it keeps trying to use POP3 of Hotmail Plus account.

Don't think Yahoo supports Activesync. There is a Yahoo app you can use to synchronize Yahoo mail like GMail app. I couldn't find an official Hotmail app, so Activesync is my only option.

This is actually a few months Hotmail is available in push.

To configure:

1 / Open the email client (not gmail), click on the menu, then Accounts
2 / click on the menu, then add an account
3 / Select MS Exchange and enter your Hotmail address and password, then click Next
4 / In the first field to your Hotmail address in the second password and the server field put: m.hotmail.com (even if your address is msn.com, hotmail.fr, ...)
5 / tick both boxes below and then click Next
6 / Wait for the verification of parameters and then choose the options you want, click Next
7 / Enter a name for the account and then click OK
8 / That's all, enjoy!

For me it doesn't sets automatically Activesync when i enter my Hotmail address.

On step 3/ you should select Others instead of MS Exchange, then you enter your address and password, and eventually don't click "Next" but Manual Configuration, then you can select MS Exchange and set the server to m.hotmail.com

Thanks guys.

To my surprise, POP3/IMAP works on my free Hotmail account but Activesync is so much better.

Does Yahoo support activesync? I don't like the Yahoo Mail App from the Market.
