I'm still able to boot normally after unplugging USB so I started over again 4 times and stille the same result.
Is someone experiencing the same issue ?

But does s-off = eng & radio s-off?
When I go hboot it says s-off already....
How do I check if I have both???

ANd Ive already flashed the rom, I can just flash the radio??and if I do, do I have to reinstall the rom?
Correct me if I'm wrong. As far as I understood eng-s-off is automaticly set with s-off. Once s-offed your phone it stays s-offed until you set it s-on again.

You can check s-off in hboot yes. There was a adb-command to check eng-s-off but I've forgotten ist.

If you want to flash your radio you don't have to reinstall your phone again. But you have to flash your radio with flashboot. I've you succes you can be sure your phone is eng-s-offed, too.

For all those having issues first watch the YouTube video in op ...

Second in hboot bootloader screen top line should read ship s-off for radio s-off

It will read eng s-off instead of ship s-off for eng s-off

To find super cid in system info it will read cid 1111111

It's advised to do radio s-off first to check you have ship s-off then do eng s-off
Once you have done them they will stay on any custom Rom you flash

You will only lose eng s-off by reverting back to a real stock Rom

You will never lose radio s-off the only way to turn it back on is back using the tool

Supercid can only be changed back by using the tool for it

Issue with getting stuck with green bar not sending

First redownload the radio check the md5 sums match if they don't it will fail to send
Second check the radio is for a dhd do not use a radio that is not official for dhd as it will not work

Third make sure you have done RADIO S-OFF and Eng S-Off if unsure about radio s-off just redo it the bootloader must read eng s-off if not it will cause error remote not allowed

Also to first check adb connection to phone plug phone set as charge onlyin to usb open the folder use the start here to start command prompt type adb devices press enter it should come back list of devices and have your HTC dhd serial number

I think that just about covers everything been asked if I missed something let me know

Doesn't work for me...command prompt window flashes for a second and then disappears.
Phone is set to charge and USB debugging enabled.
