Default Gingerbread Keyboard in market
Just downloaded this earlier today and it works great. Not too small as the original one put out was. Search for Gingerbread keyboard in the market

Granted I'm using lcd density. I don't know if that makes a difference or not

Just so you guys know.. just google gingerbreak keyboard fix xda
They updated the keyboad to its orgnial size. I fixed mine today
