Where can I find T9 romanian language for SGS II stock keyboard? It is rooted, and using Android 2.3.5.
If I copy the following files from a SGS II that has romanian input language, will it appear on my input languages from my phone?

From what depends the presence of layout (ex. ukrainian) in samsung keyboard and phone (dial) keyboard?

Or how to determine is this keyboard layout present in this, for example, rom - I9100XXKL1 (Android 2.3.6) for SGS2. And if not, is it possible to change it.
