Can someone help me please?

Hello all. I have been searching and searching for the app called Reader's Hub. I have a US Version Sprint Tab that I just got yesterday. I found, what I believe to be two files, the Reading Hub.apk and Zinio_pressdisplay.rar. I haven't downloaded them yet because I don't know if they are the current version, and I don't know what to do with the files once I have downloaded them (where to put them, etc). Can someone please help me? I really want this App. Thanks.

You have far too many posts on the same subject, if you keep to one it'll help us all (including yourself) ...I'm pretty new to this forum but not so new to others, and it's not likely to get a nice response from most communities for sure
