DruROM1 is based on Mangasora's WWE clean rom build 28244 - 7 downloads

Guys, I need feedback on this ROM, without feedback, I can't make better ROMs according to the needs of users! Please leave a feedback if you download any of the DruROMs..



FREE Program memory on boot: 89 MB
FREE Storage memory on boot: 211MB

No titanium, No windows start menu, No windows lock screen! - LOTS OF FREE RAM + FASTER ROM!!

Please hard reset after you install this ROM by pressing - Volume up+Power+Camera buttons for upto 10 seconds

BE CAREFUL: If you do not know how to flash a ROM, please ask/read in forum - if you brick your device, don't throw it at me!

Now with Cab Auto Install via UC_net cooked in the ROM! NEW!!

• Make a folder in your storage card and name it XDA_UC
• Put your registry entry files, PIM phone back up files and your cabs that you want to install as soon as you finish the flash
• Flash you phone
• Go to start -> UC_NET Customize ->Press 'customize'
• Sit back and relax, and your cabs will be installed

Rough time to flash this ROM: Approx 8 minutes

FAQs - HELP QUESTIONS:

1. IE shows error screen but on pressing cancel you can use it normally - this is because a package is missing in the original build. I am happy to add it but looking at the number of XDA users who use IE, I din't re-cook it. Opera works faster and better.
   
   
2. I removed MMApplauncher, can't access start menu now - You won't be able to because mmapplauncher has been installed INSTEAD OF start menu. This ROM does not have WINMO startmenu so please don't remove mmapplauncher. The reason is removal of start menu saves valuable 15-20mb RAM that makes this rom faster even with multitasking.
   
   
3. SPB SHELL wants registration - Yes it will, because SPB is paid software and cannot be cooked as crack or with key - that's illegal! However, you can remove it from add/remove programs and install a SHELL of your choice.
   
   
4. Finger Keyboard - It shows error or I don't like it or it's rubbish etc etc - Please install another keyboard that is available in the forum. The reason I haven't cooked in a keyboard is solely because it's a very very personal choice that change from user to user and if you don't like your keyboard, you will hate your phone!
   
   
5. Linux/Ubuntu users can't active sync - Yes, reason being .exe files are not support in Linux and hence you can only install programs in VirtualBox - however, I have removed few packages to save 5-7mb of storage in the ROM as Linux based users are in minor numbers. On Linux you will still be able to activate this phone as 'mass storage device' and will be able to add or remove files, photos, music etc from the memory card. Only thing not possible is - ActiveSync program installations on Linux.
   
   
6. If any of the above answer does not satisfy your hunger for your choice of ROM, please PM me and I will cook the ROM as you want!

Yes although everyone keeps talking about 9.5 saving battery, I find 10 to be faster and almost same in terms of battery usage, so cooked it in

Am working on it so you can expect a cooked version out soon!

I am not quite sure if Sense is a piece of cake, but will try. If not, 6.1 as base and more cooked roms - that are fast and stable might be on their way
