[Q] Trouble Installing Samapps on Quantum Rom 2.7

How do i install the samapps on quantum rom 2.7. Everytime i boot into clockwork 3 i go to reboot recovery and instead of booting into recovery it goes in to clockwork 3 again plz help

I'm not sure what your question is. Clockwork 3 is recovery.

I haven't seen any zips for samapps yet that are converted t edify for cw3

Yeah. I haven't found any of them converted over to the new file format. I'm actually missing the Buddies Now widget. I am one of the few people that enjoy the samsung bloatware. I still think after a week now of being on the new clockwork mod someone would of converted them to .zip. I wish I had the knowledge that these programmers have and I would take a stab at it.


To answer to the original post. Once those files become available you will just install them via the new clockwork recovery under Add zip file from SD card option. Just place the zip file in the root of your SD card and flash from there ontop of the quantum rom. Its ok to make a backup but do not delete or format.

Ptfmedic is converting some but he hasn't don't samapps yet, and by the looks of it he's out of the game for a while. He made a post for them in the themes and apps section

The samsung apps have been ported/converted for a few days now.

You can also unzip the the .zip and pull whatever apk you want. Navigate to the apks on your sd card and install.
