Nope, only odex.
But you can deodex file...you can edit it and push it to the device..

EDIT: Deodexing the camera was a major PITA. All the other apps converted fine, but the Camera and Mobile Print apps failed. I don't recall the steps I ended up using to get it working. It has a dependency somewhere. I didn't end up converting Mobile Print, don't use it

Long way about getting it, but you can download my Zypher v1 package and pull the APK out.

Be sure you clear your Dalvik cache after switching it or you will get FC's.

stop
mount -o remount,rw /dev/block/system /system
cd data/dalvik-cache
rm *
reboot

I just switched to density 172 and I'm loving it. But as you must know, Camera won't work.. won't even open. So I'm very interested in this. Anyone got a solution yet?
I did try pushing the Camera.apk from Zypher to /system/app without any success. Same FC. Tried installing it but I guess it's not an installer.
