Default Was new to the Android phones interested

Hi guys ,

I have followed android phones for 2 years now , with interest and popularity.Coming from Nokia devices like n900 I was thinking all android devices had an equal interest in development and staying up to date. So I bought the fastest performing phone for android at the time which was Galaxy S (Captivate) But I was a little disappointed than all the development I heard in HTC and Motorola androids. I have 500 dollars spare and I am thinking about buying the nexus s for having a rich perspective on good developing in android and the best up to dates. Is it worth it? your thoughts

if you already have the Captivate, why switch to SNS?

The SGS is a good phone, there are plenty of development on the SGS

you do know the Captivate have the siblings Vibrant, I9000 and of course the Nexus S itself

most of the developments are cross models compatible, the ROMs needs some tweaking, but that's the fun of it.

Donation is appreciated but not required, a cup of Coffee would suffice
